WELCOME

Relax and enjoy the Straits of Malacca beaches with amazing sunsets and fishing.

Straits View Lodge - Budget Beachside Accomodation across Pantai Puteri beach. It has been there for almost two decades.

Recently it was taken over by the new management under the care of Mr. Nizam Yahya.

The management is planning to upgrade Straits View Lodge to a Homestay to ensure better services to the customers.

Straits View Lodge is located at Pantai Puteri beach, the most private and serene north western district of Malacca, just 10 km from the heart of this historic city, as Melaka was founded in 1390. With beautiful views of the Straits of Malacca, SVL is easily accessible via the north-south highway that runs from Johor Bahru in the south, to Kuala Lumpur in the north. Great for families, travellers and good location especially for those who need to work for few days at Petronas Refineries (1 & 2) and other oil & gas related entities

TESTIMONIES

PANTAI PUTERI

Pantai Puteri is located 12km from the Melaka city. This tourist beach is located in centre Melaka (Malacca) which is a strategic location with all amenities and infrastructure available.

Pantai Puteri is a fisherman village since centuries ago. Some local historians and the elderly are quoted to say that this place is a significant piece of the missing original Malacca history including the legendary Hang Tuah, a Malay Warrior that needs no introduction.

There are other nearby villages such as Kampung Pantai Jaring, Kampung Pantai Rombang dan Kampung Pantai Kundur - all related to the past history.

Pantai Puteri has been gazetted as one of the tourist destinations in Melaka. The beach spans almost 2.5 kilometres offering a great panorama with all the amenities such as food stalls, restaurant offering sea-food and other traditional Melaka food, mosque, fresh market and so many more.

Pantai Puteri is also known to have competitions such as fishing, yatching and so much more.
